Watch Dana White Guess (and Rate) the Tattoos of UFC Fighters

Dana White is in town for this weekend's UFC 217 showdown at Madison Square Garden, which sees Georges St. Pierre (25-2) return after nearly four years of retirement to challenge red hot Michael Bisping (31-7) for the middleweight belt. (In another noteworthy main card, TJ Dillashaw will try to take his bantamweight championship back from former Team Alpha Male teammate Cody Garbrandt.) So while the boss man was here, we had him swing by the GQ office to talk about his employees. Well, about their tattoos, at least.
Dana White says he's "not really a tattoo guy," which is somewhat ironic considering he presides over one of the more inked up kingdoms in all of sport. There are a wide variety: Conor McGregor's heart-devouring gorilla, Darren Elkins chest tapestry of faux stitched-up gashes that spell out "The Damage," Carlos Condit's sleeping lion, or the spider/heart/pair of skeletal hands covering the torso of Colin Fletcher ("100 percent this guy thinks he's a vampire," White offers, before admitting, "Yeah, I don't even know who that is."). But they share one universal trait: Dana White doesn't like any of them (okay, fine, he begrudgingly likes one or two).

We showed him tattoos to see if he could pair the permanent body stickers with the fighter who owns them. His ability to do so successfully is matched only the creative ways in which he can say "that's a tattoo that guy will probably regret." But hey, these guys aren't professional UFC fighters because they have a good eye for skin art. Dana White employs them because they can fight—which, turns out, they do pretty well.
